Looks like a purdy course - next to the water and all. And you look all skinny and muscly an stuff like, um, a greyhound.

What I note is the serious lack of snow. My long training run from Saturday was a bit more blustery. I can't wait to have training weather like that, much less race conditions.

And I can relate to the "survived the swim" issue.

Do you offer classes on race posing? I always have a weird look on my face or my tongue hanging out or look about as graceful as seal out of water. You on the other hand get great photos. You should be on America's Next Top Model as a action pose coach (I don't think you'd fool Tyra into thinking you were a 23 year old girl).
