Pictures are in. Word verification has been turned off, the better to fascilitate admiring, yea even coquettish comments.
The worst is over. Frodo survived the swim.
Going out of T1. Hang loose, Kahuna. This is supposed to be fun, remember?
Stretching the legs over a little rise.
Haulin' a$$ on the bike course

you're all badass in your pics lately... especially 'stretching my legs'...
look at the stride on superpounce! we know who the real triathlete in the family is gonna be!
GREAT PIC!
awesome pics! and superpounce is really cute, as usual. did she cut her hair??
Super, inspiring, WARM pictures (will it ever be warm here?)! Superpounce has you by a stride... look out!
S.P.E.C.I.M.E.N
She looks so proud to be running in with her dad!
see, that pic should get framed. She's so cute!
There are pretty much no throw aways here...
Looks like a purdy course - next to the water and all. And you look all skinny and muscly an stuff like, um, a greyhound.
What I note is the serious lack of snow. My long training run from Saturday was a bit more blustery. I can't wait to have training weather like that, much less race conditions.
And I can relate to the "survived the swim" issue.
I think it's pretty clear who was having more fun at the finish. Too cute.
Wow..you look so fit!! And your daughter looks like a future triathlete for sure!! :-)
Wonderful, hound dog, just wonderful! (And SuperPounce is my new hero. Not only can the girl run, she can run in flip flops!!!!!)
So serious! Take notes from Superpounce and S.M.I.L.E.!! :)
Do you offer classes on race posing? I always have a weird look on my face or my tongue hanging out or look about as graceful as seal out of water. You on the other hand get great photos. You should be on America's Next Top Model as a action pose coach (I don't think you'd fool Tyra into thinking you were a 23 year old girl).
I'm so far behind in my reading!! Still catching up on your race report...awesome!
Superpounce isn't just ahead of you by a stride - clearly, she's pulling (OK, dragging) you along! And yet you complain about paceline cheaters!
Sersly, well done!
Great pictures!
