Are You A Runner?

Well it was about 2 miles too far or 15 degrees too hot to go under 4 hours this time, but I did finish and was undeterred by the conditions. 4:20:37. Nothing to crow about, but I'll take it.
True story: as I'm walking through the lobby of the hotel not five minutes ago, an 8 year old boy who was rough housing with his little brother stopped short, looked at me and asked:
"Are you a runner?"
"Yep."
"Cool!"
It is cool, and it's a gift.

Congratulations! That time in that heat is impressive.

All of us runners have a way to panning our performance when it doesn't meet our goals but really - try to resist. You done good!

Well done. Running in heat and humidity isn't the stuff PRs are made of; it's the stuff for showing what you're made of!

way to go! they started you early -- by the time I woke up and logged in, you were at mile 20. Nice job, esp. with the heat.

Enjoy the rest of your stay at WDW, and watch out for Tigger!

Great job, Grey. That's a great time, especially in light of the physical conditions of the past months. I've only run one race faster, and that was a near perfect day.

Enjoy what remains of your vacation with the family. I'm sure they are all getting their own Disney "marathons" completed.
