What should I get and what should I name her?MWM, 39, 5'4", 139 lbs. ISO enduring relationship with aero goddess. This is my first time, so be gentle. Super expensive, finicky, high maintenance gals need not apply.

First, how much do you want to spend on her??? :)
I think I can get what I want/need for about 2k. Spending much more on a bike for me would be like giving a Stradivarius to 6 year old. Bike shop guy says he'll sell me a Quintana Roo Tequilo for 2k and I can test ride one in my diminutive size on Saturday.
Sweet. Just don't make any spur of the moment decisions... There are lots of choices out there!
Ride everything you can get your hands (butt) on.
