One More Solid Week Of . . . .



up before the butt crack of dawn,

cliff bar breakfasts in the car,

going hard before Joe Average is going at all,

and wondering at the end of the day, if it was all long and hard enough.

It's funny - in those four lines I think you most accurately described the whole training process for Ironman. Never seen it put so well before.

The video shows the dedication of not just a swimmer, runner, but all kinds of sports. Either dedication or CRAZY??

Anything above the average is worth noting as an achievement for the record book.

But was it enough? That all depends on how you look at it and the perspective you take into the game or the arena. In the end, the only person that I am racing against is myself.
